FAITHFUL & FIT 60 Challenge

Commit to:

Work out 4 days a week (use the workout programs and videos we provide, or follow your own plan)

Follow a healthy meal plan (yours or ours—we’re sharing clean recipes!)

Drink 91 oz of water daily

Read the Bible every day

Spend 15 minutes outside or go for a walk, 4 days a week

Invest 15 minutes, 4 days a week in personal growth (pursue a goal, listen to a podcast, journal, or read a non-fiction book)

Erin Weisbrodt is the creator of Faithful & Fit 60 and founder of the New You Lifestyle—a faith-based movement to help others walk in freedom, strength, and purpose.

Through her own journey of transformation, Erin discovered the power of pairing clean eating and consistent movement with God’s truth. What began as a personal shift quickly became a calling to help others get strong—spirit, soul, and body.

With a heart to make healthy living simple and sustainable, Erin offers a unique approach that combines faith-filled encouragement, practical fitness, and nutrition strategies rooted in grace—not guilt.

In this 60-day challenge, Erin will help you build habits that honor God, fuel your body, and renew your mind—one step, one day, one victory at a time.
