Why We Exist

New You Ministries exists because Erin wasn’t always a faith-filled, healthy, disciplined person. As a teenager, she got trapped in addiction and destructive cycles, trying to numb pain and find belonging. Everything changed when she encountered God’s love and discovered He is real, He cares, and He has a good plan. Through relationship with Jesus, she broke free—and her new identity in Christ became the foundation for practical habits that transformed her daily life. That’s why we created the Spirit • Soul • Body Growth Paths: to help more people experience the same freedom, wholeness, and lasting change—one grace-filled step at a time.

The Method We Use

Our method and all our teachings are based on God's truth outlined in Scripture—spirit, soul, and body wholeness—and a life empowered by His grace through faith. Not diets. Not strict programs. Just surrender, reliance on God, and obeying His leadership in every area of our lives.
