I am really enjoying the exercises. I used to think that I had to do extreme workouts for 45 minutes or it wouldn't make a difference. Because of this thinking, I would quit after a week or two because I dreaded the workouts and figured there was no point in doing just 10 minutes—so I wouldn’t start at all. Bad thinking! But with these exercises, I love how fun and doable they are. With just 20 minutes four times a week, I can already tell a difference. I actually look forward to doing them. And with all the water I’m drinking, I can feel my muscles stretch better and they’re not so stiff. The number one thing is—this is the first time I’ve invited Jesus into my diet and exercise routine. I’ve tried so many diets and routines in the past, but they never lasted longer than three weeks. This time, I feel positive that with Jesus, I can get it done. Thank you so much, Erin.
I’ve loved the 60 Day Challenge—it’s challenged me in ways that I did not expect. Often being told to walk or rest instead of do a workout, my Father showed me I used exercise as a form of punishment. My eating habits have also changed. He showed me my perfection was in Him and not in the food I choose. My revelation was I can eat more freely than what I have been for the last 15 years; He loosened the reigns. I now eat healthier, with more variety and with less effort. Rather than fearfully choosing food and eating the same things over and over to reduce the stress. This challenge was the opposite to what I thought it would be and He’s not done with me yet. Praise God and thank you!
I feel so accomplished! Mental clarity is off the charts! I feel like I could achieve anything that comes my way. Why did I push this off for so long?! I love your exercises, how they are put together, how they have God intertwined in them. The structure of them, and the button to click completed. Over the years, I have tried exercises off and on many many times and I would start them, last a few weeks and quit. Thank you very much for taking the time, effort, and dedication to put this exercise course together for people like me. I am really looking forward to becoming a better person spirit, soul, mind, and body—and with Jesus I will stay consistent even when I don’t “feel” like it! I’m done being a quitter! Drinking 30 oz of water first thing in the morning changed everything—my digestion, energy, and how I feel overall. I’ve already lost 3 pounds and feel so much better. I had no idea something so small could make such a difference!

Typically I am legalistic and “check all the things off” but it doesn’t go farther than that. This time, I have more freedom to be like, ‘Okay, I didn’t get my water in today and that’s okay.’ It’s been easier in some ways than normal because God told me this is the first time I’m doing nutrition and exercise with Him (I usually try to do these things in my own strength).
I started watching your Bible studies about two months ago, and you've been a catalyst for me to begin creating a new, healthy, disciplined lifestyle. There's a peace in your voice and positivity you always exude... always pointing us to the Word and to God for help in every area. I needed a change in my spiritual walk with God and in my fitness journey, and your Bible studies and the resources you provide have been the push that I needed. I started eating clean, doing a step challenge, focusing on how I spend time with God, self-improvement, and strength training. I stopped weighing myself because when I didn't see the number I wanted, I'd get discouraged and quit. I took your approach... started making the healthy changes... and I started having more energy and a better outlook on life. My sister noticed my face and whole body changing. And then I heard you say in a video not to weigh yourself. Confirmation! After a month, I’d lost 10 pounds. I want to take the time to thank you for all you and Greg are doing through your ministry.
Great for New or Seasoned Christians. I highly recommend “Hello, New You” and the accompanying workbook by Erin Weisbrodt! I have been a Christian for awhile, but sometimes you just need help getting back to basics. I also feel like this book would be great for new Christians. I am going to recommend these books for our women’s Bible study at our church! I also strongly recommend checking out the author’s YouTube channel as she is going through the books currently. Learning God’s Word and His love for us!! I've gotten to know Erin a little from her bible study on YouTube and she is just as sweet and caring as she is in this book!! She truly wants us to get to know and love God and to learn His word. I highly recommend reading ”Hello, New You” and hope you cherish it as much as I have.
One of those “must read” types of books. Please read ”Hello, New You”, it will change you from the inside out.
Since I purchased Erin's Book, Workbook, and joined the New You Fitness Journey, I exercise every other day, I miss exercising on the day I rest, and I feel stronger. I can easily run up the stairs without getting breathless. I lost about 2 kg of weight. I eat more whole foods and I ask the Lord for help all the time now!
I started on 11/22 and have stuck with it. I truly believe I have grace for this that I’ve never experienced before in this area—praise God. I’m really learning how to invite God into this area and get healthy with Him which is awesome. I also already have better stamina after a few weeks.
