Garden of Life Unsweetened Plant-Based Protein
This is my favorite protein mix because it’s clean, sugar-free, and includes BCAAs and probiotics for muscle recovery and gut health.
Prebiotics & Probiotics

Raw Cocoa Powder + Cinnamon
Adds a rich, dessert-like flavor while packing in antioxidants and helping regulate blood sugar.
Chia Seeds + Freshly Ground Flax
Loaded with fiber, healthy fats, plant-based protein, and omega-3s to keep you satisfied and support brain and heart health. I buy whole, organic flax, grind it in my coffee grinder, and store it in the fridge for the week ahead. This ensures I'm getting its maximum nutrient content!

1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp freshly ground flax
3 tbsp chia seeds
