“Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”” Mark 9:23 NKJV

Dear Friend,

Let's remember today that all things are possible to those who believe!

Why? Because God is a Spirit and He cannot be seen. Only by faith can someone be born again and enter into the blessings of God. If everyone could see God and His kingdom then it wouldn’t require faith to believe in Him.

God uses faith to bless His children and help them accomplish His will on the earth because faith requires trust.

Faith means that you believe in things that can’t be seen because your heart knows they’re true! God wants us to trust and rely on Him for everything that we do, so that we depend on our relationship with Him more than anything else.

I remember the first time I felt the presence of God. It was warm, loving, kind, gentle, and yet powerful. I broke into tears because I had never felt something so good. I couldn't see Him, but my heart could feel Him.

b

Have you ever experienced this feeling?

At the time, I didn't know that I was feeling the presence of God. But, after a period of time seeking God and spending time in His Word, I began to develop intimacy with Him. Time after time after time, I became more familiar with God and I recognized that the "warm, loving feeling" that I experienced was the presence of God. God was making Himself known to me and revealing Himself to me!

Why? Because I was using my faith day after day in order to get to know Him more. God wanted me to know that He was real. He wanted me to know that I wasn't seeking Him in vain. It felt like He was telling me, "Keep going, beloved. I will reveal amazing things to you."

God promises us in the Bible, "You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13).

When we seek God with all of our heart, we will find Him! God wants to be found by every person, but it requires believing in Him and seeking Him. Sadly, not everyone is willing to do that.

When we seek God, it requires faith. It requires intentionality. It requires setting aside time for Him and reading the Bible because the Bible was written and inspired by the Holy Spirit within man. The Bible is God's love letter and instruction manual to mankind. This is where we discover God and who we are in Him.

As we seek to know God through understanding the Bible, we will strengthen and be more effective in our faith.

"Wait, Erin. You can strengthen your faith?" Yes!

You and I can practice using and growing our faith muscles just like we can exercise and train our physical muscles. If you’re not intentionally growing these muscles, then you are going to be stagnant and ineffective in your faith. A year from now, you may look back and realize, “I’m the same today as I was back then.”

But God doesn’t want that for you! God has more for you! He wants you to enter into an intimate relationship with Him that reveals all of His goodness, all of His fullness, and all of the covenant blessings contained in the Bible. These blessings touch every are of your life (health, healing, peace, joy, financial freedom, wealth, promotion, advancement, purpose, satisfaction, fulfillment)!

I really began to grow in my faith when I started learning the truth in the Bible and practicing applying that truth to my everyday life. It also helped me tremendously when I began listening to other Bible teachers. These teachers connected dots in Scripture so I could understand the Bible and learn from their experience.

Maybe you’ve been a Christian for a long time. Maybe you are new to the faith and new to hearing these truths. Or maybe you're experimenting and want to know more. Wherever you stand today, please know that God loves you and He's pleased with you. More than anything else, God wants to be in relationship with you.

My new book and workbook are designed to help you understand the foundations of faith and how to walk it out everyday, so that you can mature and advance in your Kingdom purpose, while developing intimacy in your relationship with God.

God wants to bring more blessings and fullness into your life; He wants to lead you to your God-given purpose, but He can’t without your believing, seeking heart. The resources available on our website are designed to help you do exactly that. Plus, we have free videos available here.

Today, choose to believe that God loves you and He's pleased with you. Believe in Him and take time to seek Him because in His kingdom, believing is receiving and when you seek Him you will find Him!

“Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].” Hebrews 11:1 AMP

Praying with you and for you!

Love
